Ok. I have done a very good job keeping this blog apolitical. I am going to break that right now.
Right now a woman's right to choose is hanging in the balance. If we don't fight ladies, it will be gone! Bush has just nominated ultraconservative Alito for the supreme court.
Help make a stand. Go to moveon.org & sign the petition. If you can, send em a couple bucks.
If you are interested in some more information on Judge Alito (or other important stuff you wont get from the so-called "liberal press" - HA!), check out The Huffington Post. For those of you who don't know her, Arianna Huffington used to be a conservative republican. In the last few years she has changed her views & is now a fairly liberal independent. There is alot of great reporting on her site!

Ive been scared since before the last "election". And it isn't getting any better. Thanks for the head's up on the moveon.org - i must have lost the newsletter in my spam folder, I didnt see it!
