Meme

Stolen from Liberty's Yarn

Are you up to the MeMe challenge? Here's a different take on the MeMe, whereby you put your answers in the comments section of my blog. When you are through, copy-paste the MeMe to your blog, and I'll stop by and do the MeMe for you! I will post the answers to everyone's three questions. . .

A. First, recommend to me:

1. A movie:
2. A book:
3. A musical artist, song, or album:

B. Ask me three questions, no more, no less. You may ask me anything you want, but I can decline to answer anything which makes me uncomfortable.

C. Copy and paste this in your blog.

Thanks Kitt! :) Seen the movie & I love Van Morrison! Will have to check out the book! To answer your questions...

1. If I were reincarnated I would like to come back as a Truzzi family cat.. they truly are loved & lead a pampered life!

2. Donating 1/2 to charity wouldn't be a hardship, the hardest part would be determining who to donate too.. there are so many worthy causes. I would give most of it to an organization for ill or disadvantaged children & the rest to the humane society.

3. $1,000 gc! You made me drool! LOL I honestly don't know! I haven't bought alot of yarn online. I have heard wonderful things about knitpicks & elann so probably one of them. maybe.. ;)

Thanks. This is fun!

Sorry its taken me so long to get to this...

Rebecca's questions:
1. One thing? I can't think of only "one thing" that I want/need. I think the only thing that comes close is wanting to be a mom. I'm still working on that one, hopefully this year...

2. Would I ever own a yarn store? YEPPERS! I would love to own a yarn store. I get such a kick out of helping others pick out yarn & introducing them to knitting.. totally.

3. Have I ever rethought my decision to get married? Well, I believe everyone has doubts & of course there are times when I wonder what life would be like without Kris, but I have NEVER regretted getting married. I love my husband with all my heart & he is my best friend!

Mel's questions:

1. Oh, they are so intertwined! I think if I had to pick it would be knitting. I could see myself giving up spinning if necessary, but never knitting!

2. One thing to change? Definitely my eating habits. I eat crap & it makes me feel awful. I really want to start eating better. I honestly prefer fruits & veggies too, but getting hubby to eat them is a chore, so I get lazy & eat the crap!

3. Well, changing my eating habits would hopefully help me lose weight & generally make me a healthier person. I have always been sickly. :(

btw- recommendations: seen it, read it, love her! ;)

Liberty's questions:

1. Only one fiber? NO you can't make me choose! ok, maybe merino wool.

2. True beauty is difficult to describe. I think my nieces are the most beautiful creatures in the world, but not just physically. Their enthusiam, spirit, & wonder inspire me. I swear their is nothing more wonderful in the world than the laughter of a child you love.

3. Favorite colors? Purples & blues. I love the cool colors (right side of the color wheel) For some reason I can't stand yellows & oranges.. don't know why.

Great Questions Betty! :) & the suggestions were great too! MOA was a great movie & I love Loreena.. I will have to check out the Robin Hobb book, others have recommended it to me as well! :)

OK..

1. Where would you most like to live if you could spend the rest of your days doing what you love to do most.
A: Oh goodness, this is a hard one! There are so many wonderful places! I have always fantasized about living in the British Isles, so maybe there...

2. If you could have your own shop (money no object) what would you do differently to entice your customers to come to you.
A: Hee hee.. another thing I have daydreamed about. One of my thoughts was to have custom dyed yarns, made to order so you never have to worry about not having enough!

3. If you had a chance to Time-Travel back to the past, where would you most like to go and why.
A: Gosh your questions are hard! LOL. I have always been fascinated by the Renaissance, so that would have to be my first choice. I guess because it has been romantized so much I would love to know what it was really like, smells & all! ;)
